It worked (so far)!

Tried too many goals, including meditation and yoga. One that improved my overall well-being was the 0/1 goal of morning walks outside the house. Helped me also cut down on my addiction which was the other 0/1 goal. Maybe there was a childhood connection in spending mornings in nature. Of course, it helped to NOT have other chronic health, money, other issues. Just in case someone wants to try. The usual disclaimers about seeking professional help apply.
