Looking for an application on PC to easily track things

Like I said above! Nomie sounds like it would be great, but it seems to have shut down! I tried to use a website to get it running just for me but it forgot all of my data :confused:

Any other recomendations? I would love a place/site to make checklists, enter data and have a graph automatically created! Or something like that!?
