negative values in 'hours' goals

Hi folks!

I have an ‘hours’ goals that formats things in HH:MM. For Reasons, I have negative values in there sometimes. (I could change them, easily, if some things changed/were added to timey goals.)

I noticed that my negative values are now showing up as large values–for instance, things like -0.01 are showing up as 23:58 or something like that.

Is that new/on purpose?

This is the same as one of the issues I complained about in Small bugs in time-based values

Bumping because these issues, while old, don’t appear to have been fixed yet.

Also, while investigating this I discovered that the “all data” link doesn’t exist on an archived goal, even though going to the /datapoints URL works, so that’s another minor bug.
