No Freebie refund on goal deletion

I created a new goal, then realized I should use trello integration instead and deleted it. There was never a dialog that asked me why I deleted it; it just went away and I created a new one.

Only after did I realize that the freebie was used up and found the blog post where it says that if you say you were confused and enter a reason the freebie is refunded. Is that still supposed to happen?

I’m using Chrome on Windows. It’s vaguely possibly that something was loading and I got impatient and navigated to the main page early.

I think the state of Freebies is something of a mess, but I agree with @insti you should just email :slight_smile:
