I didn’t found the way how to sleep less with Sleep as Android. I mean restrict when I sleep more than xx hours per day = opposite diagram.
Is it possible to do it? And how? - because there is just one possibility: SLEEP MORE…
I want to try Everyman sleep cycle, you know, that means very strict sleeping hygiene per day.
Maybe it would be useful…
This is a hack, but it might be a useful hack: You could create a do more goal with an extremely lenient lower bound (e.g. “sleep more than one hour a day”) then use an IFTTT trigger to copy the data to a second, do less goal.
