Trello; Tracking Cards only Assigned to me and/or Only Cards I Move

Newbie here. I use Trello for work.

I’m wondering if people know of any way (perhaps thru IFTTT, Make, Zapier) that could:

  1. only track Trello Cards that I move to a certain category/column (as opposed to teammates),

  2. and/or only track Trello Cards that are assigned to me (i.e., tasks set for me to accomplish as opposed to tasks assigned to teammates).

*apologize if asked before; I didn’t see it.

**Talking w Beeminder support I see these 2 functions are not something the current Trello integration can track.
